One Big Family

Last week I got to spend time with my husband's aunt and her family. With large families come lots of laughter and love, but when it comes to taking pictures, not everyone is full of laughter. It was a fun and hard day but we did it and I think the pictures came out great. Everyone looked AMAZING and of course I love this group of people so taking their picture cam easy to me.
I hope we can all get together again soon. I love having all of Chris's cousins around!!!

Rachel and Peter: Wedding

Last Saturday I was in Charleston to shoot Rachel and Peter's wedding. Instead of telling you all the details about the beautiful church and the great decor, I am going to tell you about Rachel and Peter. I did not know a lot about the couple going into the wedding but I by the end of the day they blew me away. There is a saying that goes "A family that prays together, stays together" and I live by that! Rachel and Peter opted for the first look and saw eachother alone in the church before the ceremony.

The moment they saw eachother they heald eachother and just starred into eachother's eyes, I couldn't help but sigh. When the moment was over he pulled her to the side and they started reading a book together, later I found out it was a devotional they read together in the morning and night....sigh.....

This is why I picked the song that I did for their slideshow. Marriage is more that just a bond between two people if the marriage revolves around God. It is the most important relationship you will ever have.

Danny and Nicole: Wedding Album

I just finished Danny and Nicole's album design! Woo-hoo! Danny and Nicole were married in October at Grand Plaza Resort in St. Pete Beach. It was an amazing day!

Jennifer and Brent: Engagement

I have known Jennifer since December 1989, the winter it snowed in Charleston and actually stuck to the ground. She was living a few houses down and my Dad and I were playing in the snow when we saw Jennifer and her mom playing with a saucer in the snow. We borrowed it and played together every time I went and visited my Dad. Jennifer was like family and we played and argued like sisters. We would do everything from singing in the mirror to trying to make ourselves cry about Selena to watching Full House.

In 1996 I moved in with my Dad and went to the same school Jennifer went to and eventually graduated from highschool with her in 2002. I love Jennifer so much and she means the world to me. She was my maid of honor and now I get to shoot her WEDDING!!!! I am so happy that Jennifer has found her happiness. She is an AMAZING person and teacher and deserves the world! Brent is a lucky guy to have her fun and free spirit in his life. Jennifer is one of those girls who will dance to any beat at any time.
I love you fer-fer-Jen!
Jennifer is getting married next November in Charleston and I am so excited to show you her engagmements. I also get to do her bridals but I won;t be able to show you those till after the wedding.

OSP South Model Stations

Last month I went to Charleston for OSP South and while I was there I met AMAZING photographers and created lifelong friendships. There was a time of learning but there was also a time for shooting and that was so much fun. I use to live in Charleston and I think it is one of the most beautiful cities in the United States, so I was excited about using its natural beauty. 1st:
I have been waiting a year and a half for this and it is finally time for me to see some more Jack Bauer action!!!!
This Sunday is the made for tv 24 movie and I am so flipping excited about it!! Check out this preview:

2nd:
I have joined the bandwagon and am now a HUGE fan of the Twilight series. I am in LOVE!!! The first day I got the book I red it from 9pm to 6am. Oh yeah and then my son got up at 8am. I love the series. It is a series for teenagers but I am only 5 years away from being one so I thing I am eligable to read them. I have started the second book and again can't put it down. The movie comes out Friday and you better believe I will be there in line!!! Anyone else fans??

Baby Luca

My husband's cousin,Jill, and her little family came down for the week. I was so excited when she asked me to take pictures of them during their very busy visit. Jill stayed at her mom's house, so this is a little different than a typical lifestyle session sense this really wasn't their lifestyle. However, Luca was a champ and only wined once.

Thank you so much for thinking about me on your visit. You have such a happy family and I am sad you do not live closer. Luca is just amazingly beautiful and I can't wait to watch him grow. Keep in touch.
